Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, & Pay Pal through our websites checkout system. We Also will accept Checks & Money Orders as payment methods. Checks & Money Orders will not be a payment option when you buy from the website. See Below for instructions.

Paying With a Check or Money Order:
Please mail your check or money order to the address at the bottom of this page. Include a note with the items you wish to purchase, shipping address & phone number (include your e-mail address for notification of shipment). We will ship your products as soon as your check clears.

If your order is under $70.00 Please go through the first step of our check out process to find your shipping costs.

Paying with Pay Pal:
You can now pay with Pay Pal using our regular check out system. Add items to your cart as you would for a credit card order. Enter your information in checkout and choose the Pay Pal option. This will bring you to the Pay Pal website to complete your payment.

Returns & Exchanges:
All products are inspected for damage & defects before they are shipped.  If you receive a damaged item, we will replace it and reimburse you for your return freight charges. Please e-mail or call us before sending any items back. We will also gladly exchange any item which you are not satisfied with, just let us know what we can do to help. Please note that we cannot exchange items which were not purchased from Tate & Company. All returns or exchanges must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.  We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know. 

Sales Tax:
Due to our location we are required to collect 7.00% sales tax for items shipped within New Jersey (this does not include clothing).

Back Orders:
Most orders are shipped same or next business day.  We try and keep all the items we have on our website in stock. However, this is not always posible. Some items on our site may have a delayed ship time. This will be stated in the items description. We can ship partial orders upon request. There is an option for this at check out. Be aware that the shipping cost may increase with this option.

Shipping:
Shipping rates are calculated in real time based on the weight or dimensions of the items you are ordering.

If you do not choose a shipping option we will default you to UPS Ground.

We offer free shipping on orders over $70.00. That is for one (1) Ground shipment inside the continental United States. If you have both back/pre-order and in stock items in your order, the order will ship when all items are in stock (unless the multiple shipments option is selected at checkout). Shipping charges will apply for multiple shipments. If your order is under $70.00, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. If you use an APO address there is a flat $8.00 shipping charge.

If you are outside the US please select UPS WorldWide as your shipping option. In some cases shipping charges may not be calculated at check out. We will contact you with the shipping cost and the total before we charge your credit card. We can also ship a package Air Mail instead of UPS. It may be less expensive, however it does take longer and is not trackable. If you would like this option please tell us in the comments section at check out.

For shipments to Canada, please select UPS standard to Canada. Please be aware that there may be some taxes or import fees when the package arrives from UPS. If you would like your package shipped via Air Mail to aviod those charges, please tell us in the comments section at check out.

We reserve the right to use a different shipping company (our usual shipping company is UPS) if it is deemed necessary. This will only occur only if your order will arrive in the requested time or faster.

Gift Certificates:
Girt Certificates can be purchased on our website. The gift certificate will be E-mailed or Mailed to the recipient with in 24-48 hours of the purchase of the gift certificate (please specifly if you would like it mailed. The gift certificate can be used toward any item on our website (including shipping costs).
