Shop Shopping Cart Trouble Shooting

If only your most recent item is staying in the shopping cart, please follow these steps to correct the problem:

1. Go to your "Internet Options". This can be found in Internet Explorer by clicking "Tools" on the menu bar.

2. About half way down the page you should see "Temporary Internet files".

3. Click on "Delete Cookies". This will reset the cookies on your computer (including the one for the shopping cart).

Try it now, the problem should be fixed.

If your are still having the same problem, please continue the steps below:

(repeat steps 1 & 2)

4. Click "Delete Files". This will delete your Temporary Intnert files. These are the files from all the websites you have visited recently. Note: If you have not done this for a long time it may take up to 15 min. to delete all the files.

Try it now, the problem should be fixed.
